You must be the domain owner, or technical contacts (or authorized - 
   representative) for the domain names that you want to delete. You will
   need the authorization code for your domain.

   PKNIC, at its own discretion, may require a written authorization 
   before the domain may be deleted.

   Fill out the Domain registration form (PKNIC Form is available here). Make sure 
   that you have read the domain name registration policy before form submission. 

   Send the prepared Domain form to submit@pknic.net.pk by email. 

   A ticket number will be assigned immediately and emailed to you. 

   When the domain name is modified, or returned due to errors in the form, 
   you will be notified by email.

   In the meantime, you can check the status of your pending ticket by going to 
   the Records section of this web site, or by sending email to pkinfo@pknic.net.pk 

   Typical processing time is 24 to 48 hours
